who face mobility limitations and long wait times for medical services.\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/p><p>Using the Care2Talk Virtual Care Kiosk, patients visiting Cridge Pharmacy can first consult a pharmacist, then seamlessly connect\u202fwith a virtual provider for prescriptions or specialist referrals, and, if needed, schedule an in-person nurse practitioner visit\u2014all within the same\u202flocation. It is expected that this tiered care model will improve efficiency, accessibility, and continuity of care while reducing the burden on traditional\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/p><p>healthcare settings.\u202f\u202f<\/p><p>By integrating technology and pharmacy-based care, this project aims to enhance healthcare access for older adults, streamline clinical\u202fworkflows, and establish a
