monitoring platform developed by the SME, Virtuose Technologies Inc., among the clientele of the Community Lab, Habitations Bordeleau in the Lanaudi\u00e8re region of Quebec.\u00a0<\/p><p>The hypothesis of the Community Lab and the SME is that the technological implementation will reduce falls as well as episodes of readmission to the hospital.<\/p><p>The main objectives include planning the project, implementing the technology, evaluating the relevance of the innovation, improving the solution and disseminating the results. The project will be assisted by the CIUSSS-Centre Sud de l&#8217;\u00cele de Montr\u00e9al &#8211; CRIUGM and the Lanaudi\u00e8re Living Lab.<\/p><p>In summary, this project aims to integrate innovative technology into health care for seniors to improve health care regardless of the living environment, reduce pressure on the health system, meet the needs of the community and promote
