MEDTEQ+ and AGE-WELL have joined forces to launch and operationalize a pan-Canadian initiative to support the adoption, integration and scaling of innovative solutions from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to enhance the quality of life for older adults in Canada.
Co-led by MEDTEQ+ and AGE-WELL, the envisAGE initiative benefits from a unique partnership of Canadian leaders in health technology and AgeTech. This combined expertise represents over 20 years of excellence in the governance of publicly funded programs dedicated to innovation.
To carry out the mission of envisAGE, the lead organizations have established a robust governance structure to provide a rigorous, ethical framework for program oversight, ecosystem engagement and collaborative project selection and support. Committees comprise subject matter experts including older adults and caregivers whose insights are critical.
